I didn't know quite what to expect of this "Tiger Brownie". First surprise was the sheer WEIGHT of the generous portion. Then I was surprised by the very pleasant CONTRAST in TEXTURES between the chewy blonde cookie dough and the smoooooth dark chocolate. Third surprise was just how FILLING the brownie is (took me over half an hour to eat it--a very pleasant half hour!) And the ultimate surprise? It is very very YUMMY!
