J’ai eu la chance de recevoir une pointe gratuite de tarte au citron vert, et c’était tout simplement divin ! La croûte était parfaitement sablée et beurrée, offrant une base idéale à une crème soyeuse et délicatement relevée au citron vert, qui est ma saveur favorite. La tarte n’était pas trop sucrée, avec un goût exquis et parfaitement équilibré. Une touche de crème fouettée légère et un zeste de citron vert frais venaient compléter l’ensemble. Chaque bouchée me faisait voyager
