Placing a Food Order
What to expect when ordering with us

Meals are prepared fresh and are perishable

All delivered orders are final due to shelf life

If there’s an issue, contact us ASAP with a photo

Our team responds within 24 hours to resolve it
Receiving Delivery
How delivery works from start to finish

Choose your preferred delivery window for Sunday

If you’re not home, your order will be safely left at your door

You’ll receive a text update when your delivery is on the way

Once delivered, orders are considered completed

If anything isn’t right, contact us within your delivery window (or within 1 hour after) so we can assist you quickly
Loyalty Points
How we reward you for coming back
