  • How do I place an order?
    It's easy! Orders can be placed online by selecting menu items and adding them to your shopping cart. You can also call us at 514.700.6989 and place your order over the phone
  • Is there a minimum order for delivery?
    No! There is no minimum order for us to deliver. However, there is a $10 delivery fee for all delivery zones. Our delivery service allows you to select the time you want us to arrive and you can opt-in to our SMS tracking service to stay up to date with the driver.
  • When is the deadline to order?
    Our ordering deadline is always Thursday at 11pm. That gives us just enough time to prepare your order Saturday and have it delivered to you on Sunday at the time of your choice!
  • Do I have to subscribe to this service?
    We're proud to say there's no subscription needed to use our service. Order at the convenience of when you'll be needing and wanting your meals.
  • What's the difference between the Lunch & Supper size meals?
    Our Lunch Size option is a smaller portion of the Supper size. It's less protein, less starch, less vegetables, and less expensive
  • How does the Family portion work?
    Pricing for Family meals works like this - It is $12.95 per person with a minimum of three portions per meal (150 grams of protein per person). This means that each Family meal costs anywhere between $38.85-$77.70 depending on your family size and you are getting
  • Do the meals come hot, refrigerated, or frozen?
    All of our food is prepared on Saturdays and delivered on Sundays. This means that our meals are delivered to your door at fridge temperature (not hot) and is meant to be stored in your fridge and reheated before eating. It's your choice if you prefer to freeze them
  • How often does your menu change?
    With so many meal options to choose from, our menu does change every week allowing you to discover new flavors and new foods on a weekly basis! But don't worry! We keep our staple dishes like Shepherds Pie on our menu all the time!
  • How long do my meals last?
    All meals are delivered fresh and will keep for 7 days in the refrigerator up until Friday, except for salads and meals containing fish or seafood, which will keep for 5 days in the refrigerator (Wednesday)
  • Can I freeze my meals?
    Our chef will recommend that you eat your meals as they are delivered so you can fully enjoy the fresh ingredients found in each meal. However, if you do not have the chance to eat all your meals before the expiration date, our containers and meals are freezer safe. (We recommend not freezing anything with mashed potatoes)
  • How do I heat my meals?
    Option #1 Microwave: 1. Remove plastic cover and remove the sauce container (if one is inside) 2. Heat for 3 minutes 3. Enjoy! Option #2 Oven: 1. Remove plastic cover and remove the sauce container (if one is inside) 2. Place in oven for 15 minutes at 350 F 3. Enjoy!
  • Are all the meal options healthy?
    Yes they are! All of our meals are healthy and well-balanced and are prepared with fresh ingredients, homemade sauces, by an experienced culinary team. We work with minimal salt, fresh vegetables, local meats, and offer a restaurant quality product. Whether you’re looking to eat healthier or save time, we've got you covered!
  • Where can I find the ingredients, nutritional facts, and dietary restrictions?
    When clicking on a meal, all this information will be provided for you to see. We also make sure to include all this information on the meal label that is prepared with each item.
  • What if I have a food allergy or dietary restrictions?
    We can accommodate for that! Simply leave a note in the Additional Information section found on the My Cart page in regards to your food allergy/dietary restriction and our team will ensure we respect your request. (If you have a severe allergy that can be life threatening, please contact us before placing an order)
  • Do you offer any vegetarian or vegan options?
    We offer on average 2 vegetarian/vegan meals and 2 vegetarian/vegan salads per week
  • Where do you deliver to?
    We deliver throughout the Greater Montreal and Laval area. If you are outside of this area. Please check out our Delivery Zones page

  • What are your delivery days?
    We deliver once a week only on Sunday at the time of your choice! Our GPS tracking system makes it easy for you to be kept up to date with your Sunday delivery
  • Do I need to be home to receive a delivery?
    Because our delivery feature allows you to select the time we arrive on Sunday, it is important you are home to receive your order during our time window. If you are not around when our driver arrives, they will leave your order at the door. For any issues in regards to your delivery, please reach out to us ASAP once your delivery time passes.
