Meal Delivery for Seniors in Montreal and Laval
A good dinner shouldn't require a trip to the grocery store and an hour at the stove. For plenty of older adults in Montreal, the appeal of meal delivery is simple and practical: keep eating real, satisfying food, without all the work that used to go into making it. No shopping, no chopping, no standing over a pan, no cleanup afterward. Just a proper meal, ready when you want it.
That's what Sublime Creations does. We're a chef-prepared meal delivery service in Montreal and Laval, cooking real food fresh every week and delivering it to the door, ready to heat in about three minutes. There's no subscription, so you order only the weeks you want. We've been doing it since 2016.

Simple to Arrange, for Yourself or Someone Else
You can order online for yourself or for a parent, even if you live elsewhere. First, check their postal code, then choose a Sunday delivery window that works for them.
And because there's no subscription and no minimum order, nothing is locked in. Order a full week, order a few meals, or skip whenever it suits. There's nothing to pause or cancel and nothing running quietly in the background. You stay in control of exactly when meals come and when they don't.
Why Meal Delivery for Seniors Is a Good Fit Later in Life
Meal delivery for seniors works so well because it removes the part most people are happy to hand off, the cooking. A week of real meals arrives already made. When you want one, you take it from the fridge, warm it for a few minutes, and sit down to eat. That's the whole routine.
What you don't give up is the food itself. These are real, chef-cooked meals, not the frozen trays that gave "ready meals" their reputation. The menu leans into the kind of cooking worth sitting down for: Shepherd's Pie, roast chicken, lasagna, hearty stews, mashed potatoes, plus lighter options and fresh salads. Good food you actually look forward to, with none of the effort behind it.
Prepared Fresh on Saturday
Our chefs cook everything fresh in our Laval kitchen every Saturday, and it's delivered Sunday, cold and ready to keep in the fridge. Nothing is frozen or shipped in from far away. Most meals keep for up to five days in the fridge.
Portion sizes help, too. There's a lighter lunch size and a fuller supper size, so you order what actually suits your appetite instead of being stuck with an oversized plate.

Every Meal's Ingredients and Nutrition, Clearly Listed
You can review a dishâs ingredients and nutrition information on its product page before ordering.
One honest note: we cook a wide, rotating menu in a shared kitchen, so we're not a specialized medical meal service. If you follow a strict medical diet or have a severe allergy, review the ingredient and allergen details on each dish and check with us, or your healthcare provider, before ordering. We're always glad to help you figure out which meals work.
