We slow cook our Veal Osso Bucco in a flavorful homemade beef stock with diced carrots, onions, and celery for up to 8 hours to ensure the dish is as tender as possible. We then turn the beef stock into an amazing brown sauce which is served with this dish. Choose the sides of your choice and order this meal for the perfect Christmas Eve / Christmas Day treat!
